8 program sequences, 36 programs, Di potentiation
Art. No. G16E26
What it adds
Expert Module 1 is an expert-level extension for the 2nd generation BICOM optima®. It brings three independent additions to the device in one licence.
New basic program sequences. Five sequences, 10500 to 10504, selected by the patient’s conductance value, plus a sequence for therapy mode A that needs no conductance reading. These are the successors to the 10250 series, rebuilt for the 250 Hz bandpass of the current device with an 8 second cycle time.
Revised pathogen and stabilisation sequences. The established sequences 10325, 10326 and 10327 have been reworked as 10505, 10506 and 10507. The frequency cycle moves from 3 seconds to 8 seconds, so every frequency and every amplification step inside the bandpass is covered within the therapy time.
New indication-specific programs, 3520 to 3555. REGUMED describe them as 34 new programs; their published list runs to 36 numbers and every one is included. Orthopaedics, teeth and jaw, lung, pain, the vegetative system, tumour aftercare, nutrient points, detoxification, neurology and more. All appear under their own category on the device, with the applicator setup and cup fitting shown on screen.
Alongside those three parts, therapy mode Di is added to the analogue potentiation menu. With H + Di, Ai and A already there, every BICOM® therapy mode is now available for analogue potentiation from D3 to D1000.
Where it comes from
The programs were developed by Marcel Riffel, BICOM® therapist and AKI speaker from Ostfildern, working with REGUMED. His 2014 work on basic programs started from a simple observation: the ADEY window is already accounted for in BICOM® therapy, but each patient still has an individual bandpass frequency and amplification level at which the organism is most accessible. Finding that by hand is slow, so the basic programs sweep through amplification and bandpass frequency to reach it automatically.
Later work with REGUMED showed that not every frequency responds to every amplification level, which is what the 10250 series addressed. When the bandpass on the latest optima was widened to 250 Hz, the sweep needed a longer cycle to cover it. Expert Module 1 is that next step: the same approach, rebuilt for the current hardware. The indication programs were developed on an empirical basis and have been used extensively in practice.

Pathogen and stabilisation sequences
Found under Program sequences, Allergies. Test the substance for Ai or Di first with your usual bioenergetic method (biotensor, kinesiology or EAV), place it in the input cup of channel 1 and set the matching sequence. The patient sits only at the output. The instructions for use include a step-by-step biotensor test using program 998, and REGUMED ask that you never change the time or amplification on these sequences.

Di in the potentiation menu
Menu section 8 now offers 13 potentising programs in therapy mode Di, from D3 to D1000, matching the levels already available for the other modes. REGUMED’s guidance pairs H + Di with food and the body’s own secretions, Ai with potential pathogens, A with stabilising substances, and Di with the body’s own secretions and pathogens. Test the mode with program 998, step through the potencies with the foot switch, and combine several positive potencies into a sequence for a potency chord. The information is stored on a carrier (chip, drops or oil) and the treatment is repeated every four weeks.

Installation
Everything arrives on one USB stick from REGUMED, keyed to your device serial number: the Expert Module 1 licence, the device software update (8.0.12) if your device needs it, and the BICOMmultisoft® pilot 2.11 update for pilot users. Installation of the module itself takes about 10 minutes. With the device off, insert the stick into the USB-IPC port, connect the power supply and switch on; the device enters update mode on its own and installs the licence with no input from you. Afterwards the version screen lists EM1 under REGLIC to confirm the module is active. Full installation instructions are included.
Program and sequence names on this page are REGUMED’s own labels, reproduced so they match the device display. Expert Module 1 is a practitioner product for use with a BICOM optima® in line with the manufacturer’s instructions for use.
Compatibility
For BICOM optima® devices of the 2nd generation, the touch screen models V7 and V8, including the BICOM optima® mobile (B32, B34 and BM34, Basic and Complete versions). Not for 1st generation V5 and V6 devices, which take the Optima extension modules I and II instead.
If you are not sure which generation your BICOM optima® is, press 9 for settings then 0 for version, and read the version number under “update”.
