What is in the set
Sixty ampoules in one tableau, bringing together the allergens met most often in everyday practice: grains and gluten, animals and feathers, house dust and pollen, meat, fish, milk and egg, fruit and nuts, additives, and a handful of drugs and physical triggers. Eight blue ampoules look behind the allergen for the strain driving it, and the violet Main Allergen ampoule shows which allergen to deal with first.
- 60 ampoules in one tableau
- 51 grey allergen ampoules with blue labels
- 8 blue strain ampoules with black labels
- 1 violet Main Allergen ampoule
- AS 001 to AS 065 reference numbers; AS 010 and AS 019 to 022 are not used
One ampoule, many strains
Most of the allergen ampoules are not a single substance. Each one carries the information of several related strains under one label, so one test covers a whole family. Gluten/Gliadin, for example, carries gluten from different types of grain rather than from wheat alone. The labels show it too: Nuts Mixed, Animal Hair/General, Pollen/General, Citrus Fruits and Stone Fruit each name a group, not a single item.
That is what makes the kit quick in practice: sixty ampoules cover far more ground than sixty single substances could. Where an ampoule resonates and you need to go further, the more detailed kits listed below take it down to individual items.
The tableau
Laid out as the manufacturer prints it: the blue strain ampoules down the left-hand column with Main Allergen beneath them, and the grey allergen ampoules across the rest of the tableau.

The allergen ampoules

The strain ampoules
Eight blue ampoules, tested in mode A, that help find the strain behind an allergen resonance. Where one resonates, the matching kit takes the test further.

Main Allergen
The violet Main Allergen ampoule is used when several allergens test positive. Each positive ampoule is tested again together with Main Allergen in the input cup; the one that still resonates, or the few that do, are the ones to treat first. The same ampoule is used this way with the Inhalation Allergens kit.
What this kit is for
This is the core allergen kit in the Combined Test Technique: a broad first screen across food, animal, household and environmental allergens, with the strain ampoules and Main Allergen built in to set the order of work.
This kit is not a test for allergy or intolerance, and it does not replace allergy testing by a doctor.
Testing
The ampoule under test goes in the input cup of the BICOM® device, or in a honeycomb, against a grasping electrode or through the infrared transmitter. Testing can be done with the tensor, by kinesiology or by EAP.
| Ampoules | Colour | Program |
|---|---|---|
| The 51 allergen ampoules | Grey, blue label | Ai, 170, 191 or 197 |
| Main Allergen | Violet | Ai, 170, 191 or 197 |
| The 8 strain ampoules | Blue, black label | A, 192 or 198 |
Test the grey allergen ampoules first. Retest the positive ones together with Main Allergen to find which to start with, then test the blue strain ampoules. Ampoules that show a common resonance may be used together.
On the digitised version the automatic mode does not switch between A 192 and Ai 191 for you: the manufacturer is explicit that the test mode has to be checked and set by hand each time you change test kits. Ampoules can also be tested one at a time with “Test single substance”.
Therapy sequence
The manufacturer’s sequence, with amplification and time tested at every step rather than assumed.
| Step | Patient connection | Input cup | Program |
|---|---|---|---|
| 1. Basic therapy | Input and output | Patient secretions or excretions where used | Basic program |
| 2. Follow-up programs | Input and output | As above | Therapy blocks, elimination organs, meridian or indication programs |
| 3. Allergen | Output only | The tested allergen ampoule(s), starting with the main allergen | Ai, 191 or 197, or an allergy program from the IMA recommendations |
| 4. Strain | Output only | The blue strain ampoule that tested positive | A, 192 or 198 |
| 5. Stabilising | Output only | Priority element, meridian and pink strain ampoules from the 5 Functional Circuits set, then an attenuation ampoule if it tests positive | A, 192 or 198 |
The manufacturer also suggests transferring the information of the stabilising step onto BICOM minerals, oil or chips.
Working with other sets
For pollen, grasses, trees, spices and mould in detail there is the Inhalation Allergens kit, which also uses Main Allergen from this set. Additives are broken down by E number in the Food Additives kit, and the strain ampoules point on to the Bacteria and Viruses/Fungi kits. The stabilising step goes back to the 5 Functional Circuits set. If you own an earlier version of this set, the Upgrade for Allergic Strains adds the newer ampoules.
On the ampoule names
The names listed are the manufacturer’s own ampoule labels, published so that the contents of the set are accurate and complete. They are not statements by this shop.
Nothing on this page is a claim that this kit prevents, detects, treats or reverses any allergy, intolerance or condition, or that it is an alternative to medical care. Anyone with a suspected allergy should see a doctor.
Before you order
- BICOM® multisoft pilot. Required for the digitised set. The automatic mode does not set the test mode for you.
- A BICOM® device. Tested and used as a CTT set.
- Trained practitioners. Supplied for use by practitioners trained in the BICOM® method.
Ampoule names, layout and programme notes are drawn from the manufacturer’s product documentation for the Allergic Strains test kit (Regumed). We make no claim as to therapeutic effect.
