Clinical effect, safety and mechanisms of BICOM 2000 system to asthma in children

A clinical study of the BICOM 2000 system in childhood asthma: 124 children with asthma and 150 with asthma and rhinitis, graded mild, moderate and severe against the national child asthma standard. Allergen detection and desensitisation were assessed alongside serum IL-4, total IgE and interferon gamma before and after treatment, with inhaled glucocorticoids as comparison.
