Concomitant BICOM therapy for Hashimoto’s thyroiditis Part 1: Diagnosis

Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is an autoimmune disease that leads to chronic inflammation of the thyroid gland and, in the long term, to an underactive thyroid (hypothyroidism).

As a result of a misdirected immune process, thyroid tissue is destroyed by T lymphocytes and chronic inflammation of the thyroid gland develops. Due to the increasing loss of healthy and active thyroid tissue, the thyroid gland is no longer able to produce, store and release hormones to the body in sufficient quantities. Detectable antibodies against thyroid-specific antigens are formed. The hormones produced in the thyroid gland are normally bound to thyroglobulin for storage. This protein is hindered and destroyed by the thyroglobulin antibodies (TG-AB) that are formed. Positive TG antibodies are found in 50-60% of Hashimoto’s cases. In addition, there are also the so-called thyroid peroxidase antibodies (TPO-AB), which can sabotage cell metabolism within the thyroid gland. TPO-AB and TG-AB can also be detected in the blood and are an important component of laboratory chemical diagnostics. Elevated TPO-AB are found in 80% of patients.

Symptoms

In the long term, symptoms of hypothyroidism then develop due to the chronic inflammation:

  • Sensitivity to cold
  • Significant weight gain regardless of eating habits
  • Hypotonie, Bradycardia
  • Tendency to low iron and high cholesterol levels
  • Hair loss, brittle nails, dry cracked skin (and associated itching), dry mucous membranes
  • Susceptibility to infections
  • Pain in muscles and joints
  • Oedema formation (eyelids, face, extremities, myxoedema)
  • Increased need for sleep
  • Indigestion (constipation)
  • Listlessness, depressive moods
  • Menstrual irregularities, decreased libido
  • Lump feeling, feeling of pressure in the neck, strangulation feeling, frequent clearing of the throat, coughing, hoarseness (vocal cord oedema)
  • Concentration and memory disorders
  • Eye diseases (endocrine orbitopathy)

The symptoms are diverse and make it difficult to classify them at the beginning of the disease. This is why Hashimoto’s thyroiditis is often detected late or even discovered only by chance.

Bioenergetic diagnostics

In bioenergetic diagnostics with the help of the CTT and STT test kits, we often find resonance with the following ampoules:

  • CTT: Allergic Strains: Wheat, Gluten, Yeast, Milk, Lactose, Salicylic Acid, Soy
  • CTT Viruses / Fungi: Fungi: Candida, Aspergillus, moulds – mix. Fungi are often tested in combination with wheat, gluten, yeast etc.
  • Viruses: often gammaherpes viruses (EBV), betaherpesviruses, HTLV1 (human T-lymphotropic virus l (=retrovirus)), enteroviruses (picornaviruses), caliciviruses, herpes viruses, parvoviruses, varicella zoster viruses
  • CTT parasites/environmental loads: stressful information from parasites: worms 4 (intestines) (often in combination with milk and mould mix, salicylic acid), lamblia, toxoplasma
  • Environmental loads such as geopathic pollution (water veins, radioactivity) and radiation pollution such as electrosmog, radar radiation, radio waves, etc., iodine, fluorine, chemical pollution (formaldehyde, fungicides, insecticides, pesticides, PCP, PCB)
  • CTT bacteria: Chlamydia, intestinal bacteria (enterococci, Escherichia coli, Enterobacter, Campylobacter, Proteus etc.) Yersinia enterolytica
  • CTT vaccinations, metals and miscellaneous: Heavy metal contamination: mercury, amalgam, lead, cadmium
  • CTT hormones, organs, neurotransmitters, hereditary toxins: thyroid stimulating hormone (TSH), thyronine (T3), thyroxine (T4), calcitonin, parathyroid hormone, pituitary gland, hypothalamus, thyroid gland, etc. Of course, other hormone ampoules or ampoules of endocrine organs can also resonate.
  • CTT teeth: Thyroid tooth connection: 1.6, 2.6

Of course, this list of common causes is incomplete and other ampoules and other combinations may also occur.

In general, we often find information about extracellular burdens in combination such as allergic strains with stressful information of fungi (e.g.: wheat, gluten and candida, etc.) or allergic strains with stressful information from parasites (e.g.: milk and worms 4 or others).

Wheat or gluten are more common causes than cow’s milk protein. The molecular structure of gluten is very similar to that of the thyroid gland, which leads to irritation of the immune system. If the antibodies mark gluten in order to break it down, they also stimulate the formation of antibodies against the thyroid gland due to their structural similarity. Therefore, every time gluten is ingested, the immune system also triggers an attack on the thyroid gland.

Hashimoto’s thyroiditis occurs more frequently in phases of hormonal change (puberty, the beginning of menopause, discontinuation of the contraceptive pill, after the birth of a child or after a miscarriage). After giving birth, some women develop autoimmune diseases. The decrease in progesterone could be decisive for the development of an autoimmune process.

Please also consider stress levels, radiation exposure (see above), the special role of gammaherpes viruses (EBV) and the close connection of the thyroid gland with the 5th chakra, the chakra of communication and self-expression. Blockages/stagnations in this chakra (or the neighbouring or connected chakras) or energetic excess and deficiency lead to an energetic imbalance that affects the thyroid gland.

Due to the close connection of the thyroid gland with all other endocrine glands, Hashimoto’s thyroiditis always has an impact on the complete hormone balance.
