Who makes BICOM

BICOM devices are designed and built by Regumed in Germany. Every machine is inspected and calibrated by a factory-trained engineer before it leaves.

Buying Regumed equipment in the UK

Bicom UK LLP is the registered sole UK agent for Regumed. Buying through us rather than importing means:

• Your device is registered with Regumed in Germany, in your name
• Manuals and software arrive in English, not translated after the fact
• 24 month guarantee on parts and labour, handled here
• Support by phone and remote connection from Leeds, in your timezone
• Access to the annual Congress and to UK training

None of that applies to a non-approved used device.

The range

The BICOM optima and optima mobil are the practitioner devices. Test kits, applicators, software and accessories are in the shop. If you are weighing up importing against buying here, ask us and we will set out the difference plainly.
