Almost all chronically ill and elderly patients suffer from adrenal fatigue, a more or less pronounced form of adrenal fatigue. In this and the next newsletter, we would therefore like to take a closer look at the adrenal gland. First, in this newsletter, we look at the adrenal gland from the perspective of energy medicine.
In energy medicine, we find the system of chakras in humans and animals. They are an important part of Ayurvedic medicine. They are energy centers that lie both in front of and behind the body and in which the energy pathways (nadis) unite. Each chakra has an endocrine gland associated with it, and each chakra also has a theme that is reflected on the physical, emotional, and mental levels. From the point of view of traditional Vedic philosophy, they develop from the result of numerous lives against the background of reincarnation. Through Yoga techniques and breathing techniques, we can achieve short-term energetic improvements, but the complete formation of a chakra ultimately happens through our state of consciousness and the respective responsible behaviour as a human being in the course of numerous lived lives. We can only remove current energetic blockages between the chakras in the energy flow of the Nadis (energy pathways) with the BICOM®, but chakras cannot be developed in this way.
In energy medicine, the adrenal gland is closely connected to the 1st chakra, the so-called root chakra, also known as the chakra at the base of the spine.
Significance in energy medicine
- Central topics: Will to live, survival (“fight or flight”), instinct of self-preservation, connection to the earth, basic trust, instinct, self-assertion, safety and security, stability, self-confidence, assertiveness, perseverance, source of vitality
- Element: Earth (Ayurveda), Water (TCM)
- Meridian assignment (TCM): Kidney; Ren Mai, YIN Qiao Mai, Du Mai, Qiao Mai (extraordinary meridians)
- Sensory Function: Smell
- Dental relationship: 1.1, 1.2, 2.1., 2.2, 3.1, 3.2, 3.8, 4.1, 4.2, 4.8
- Physical aspects: Physical stability, stress management, excretions, pelvic floor, spine, skeletal system, bones, sciatic nerve, teeth, nails, anus, rectum, colon, legs, feet, lower body, blood and cell structure
- Harmony patterns: The will to live, healthy self-confidence and basic trust, mastering one’s life’s task, a good sense of one’s own needs, a feeling of safety and security, a deep connection with the earth and nature
- Disharmony patterns emotional: Lack of trust in oneself and others, lack of joie de vivre, warmth and energy, exhaustion, stress symptoms, restlessness, constant desire to satisfy one’s own needs, greedy, aggressive, lost “grounding”, fears, depression.
- Physical: Sciatica problems, lumbar spine/SIJ problems, coccyx problems, osteoporosis, bone diseases, kidney and bladder diseases, prostate problems, anaemia, pain in the lower extremities, colon and rectal diseases, haemorrhoids, varicose veins, blood pressure fluctuations, hypertension, overwhelmed immune system
Testing the first chakra
In order to determine whether the first chakra is blocked, and the adrenal glands should be energetically supported, we first test directly on the patient whether the chakras are blocked. We can test this both in front of and behind the patient’s body, as the chakras radiate from both the front and back. The test is carried out with the help of a tensor, which is connected with a cable (the colour does not matter) to an applicator (e.g. a gold finger). This is a “mental test” without a device, where your attention should be focused on testing chakras for any blockages. The tester observes the reaction of the tensor while holding the applicator to the chakra to be tested. No question should be asked that can be answered with “yes” or “no”, but only observed with an open mind. The procedure here corresponds exactly to the procedure for testing therapy blockages or elimination organs. A vertical “up and down movement of the tensor” indicates a blockage of the chakra, corresponding to a “weak arm” in kinesiological testing via surrogate. A horizontal sideways movement of the tensor corresponds to a “strong arm” and thus indicates that there is no blockage on the tested chakra.
Therapy settings
If the 1st chakra is blocked, we carry out therapy with the following program, which also has a positive effect on the connected endocrine gland.
Blockade adrenal gland/ 1st chakra: Di, low deep frequency, 5.2 Hz, wobble = yes, amplification sweep symmetrical, Di = 11.0, sweep rate = 28 sec, therapy time = 7 min
Input cup: Blood
Input: Ball applicators in both hands
Output: Modulation mat, magnetic depth probe or power applicator on chakra/gland
Suggestions for the second channel (after testing!)
- Substance complexes: endocrine system: adrenal fatigue, adrenal gland autoimmune;
- Goodies: energetic fitness booster; Neurology: Stress etc.
- Phytotherapy: valerian, lime blossom, elderberry
- Colour: red
- Aromas: cedar, rosemary, cypress, clove
- Stones: ruby, agate, hematite, garnet
- Bach flowers/chakra test kit: Bach flowers (after testing), “Root Chakra” ampoule. Ampoule “Adrenal Gland” and corresponding hormone ampoules from the “Hormone Test Kit”. Ampoule “Water” and “Kidney” from the “5-element test kit”.
